Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY – ABCD TRAINING Bookings: Places are limited and must be booked in advance. Your place is confirmed once the registration form is completed and full payment (or approved purchase order) is received. Unpaid bookings may be released to the waitlist. Payment: Cost: $250 per person (includes morning tea and lunch). Payment is required before the training date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations by Participants: More than 14 days before: full refund or transfer to another date (if available). 7–14 days before: 50% refund or transfer (if available). Less than 7 days before / no-show: no refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Ticket Transfers: You may send another person in your place at no extra cost. Email their name, organisation (if any), email and dietary/access needs at least 24 hours before the training. Changes or Cancellation by Organisers: If the training is postponed, cancelled or significantly changed (e.g. illness, low numbers, venue issues), you will be offered a new date or full refund of the registration fee. We are not responsible for additional costs (travel, accommodation, staff backfill, etc.). Code of Conduct: This is a respectful, strengths-based learning space. We may ask a participant to leave if behaviour is unsafe, discriminatory or highly disruptive; no refund will be provided.
