built with community, not for it.
Our philosophy

Youth Led Service was born from a truth we've always known. Support works best when it honours both identity and ability. We saw young people navigating systems that didn't reflect their culture, community or lived experiences.
Our services are designed to meet young people where they are at. From hands on support to cultural events and everyday supports, everything is shaped by the real needs, voices and values of the community we serve.
We don't just deliver services, we create space for young people to step into their independence, feel see in their identity and thrive within their community.

Youth Led Services acknowledges that
we are working and walking on traditional lands of First Nations people of this country. We pay our respects to the Traditional Owners of all the lands we travel through. We hold heart for the injustices to Country through invasion and understand that the trauma is embedded into the depths of the spirits. We also acknowledge the resilience and strength of First Nation peoples show true warrior spirit.
First Nations people have worked and walked in two worlds successfully for centuries, and have been able to maintain cultural practices through a cultural genocide and provide support and learning for our non-Indigenous peoples in Australia. We extend our acknowledgment to First Peoples around the world, holding space in our hearts of the injustices of invasion that have been experienced by many of our Indigenous brothers and sisters.
We have heart, spirit and ancestors that guide us through our journey, we will walk this path remembering the footprints before us and creating space for the ones that will walk after us.
